Filem ini mengisahkan tentang Dragon dan kawan baiknya Cowboy manakala ayah mereka masing-masing juga ialah kawan baik. Persahabatan Dragon dan Cowboy hampir retak ketika mengejar seorang gadis yang bernama Alice. Namun mereka cepat berbaik semula.
Sementara itu, sebuah kumpulan jahat mengumpul barang arkeologi  dan antik cina untuk dijual kepada pembeli dari orang barat. Salah satu anggotanya Tiger sebenarnya enggan terlibat dalam kegiatan haram itu. Namun bos besar kumpulan itu dan dua orang kanannya, Hatcheman dan Killer King akan melakukan apa saja supaya rahsia kejahatan mereka tidak bocor.
Tiger terpaksa lari keluar dari kumpulan tersebut dengan pertolongan kawan-kawnnnya. Secara tidak secara Dragon dan Cowboy berjumpa dengan Tiger yang sedang bersembunyi. Bukan hanya itu, Dragon dan Cowboy pun terjumpa dengan kumpulan yang mengejar Tiger itu. Setelah mengetahui kejadian sebenarnya, Dragon dan Cowboy mahu menghentikan kegiatan kejahatan kumpulan penyeludup barang antik cina itu dengan bantuan Tiger.
